Returns must be received back in 14 days. Please email us to get a return confirmation number and return address. Any returns must include tracking number to ensure proper refunds. All shipping and ecrater fees are non-refundable. You will receive a refund within 48 hours of our receipt of your item. For exchanges, your new item will be shipped out within 2 business days.
